Bringing your own lunch is not only cheaper, but it can be much healthier and filling as well. Here are several tips that can make it easier to bring your own lunch:

Make all your lunches on Saturday or Sunday and freeze them. Let them thaw the night before work in your fridge. Many dishes lend themselves to this method. I personally love potato soup, chicken and rice, and chille.

Sandwiches are always a great option, but the same thing day after day gets pretty old. Try a defferent sandwhich recipe every day. Just make sure to test a small bite before you leave. It stinks to be stuck with a nasty sandwich and no time to go and buy lunch.

Lastly, just be creative. You have an infinate number of things you can make for yourself and bring to work. Coworkers who buy are limited to what is around the office.

Save with your Car

1.
