If you eat out everyday for lunch, you are missing out on a wonderful way to pinch a ton of pennies. Bringing your own lunch is not only cheaper, but it can be much healthier and filling as well. Here are several tips that can make it easier to bring your own lunch:

Make all your lunches on Saturday or Sunday and freeze them. Let them thaw the night before work in your fridge. Many dishes lend themselves to this method. I personally love potato soup, chicken and rice, and chille.
Sandwiches are always a great option, but the same thing day after day gets pretty old. Try a defferent sandwhich recipe every day. Just make sure to test a small bite before you leave. It stinks to be stuck with a nasty sandwich and no time to go and buy lunch.
Lastly, just be creative. You have an infinate number of things you can make for yourself and bring to work. Coworkers who buy are limited to what is around the office.

1. Purchase gas on cold mornings. The gas is more condensed and you will get more for your money.

2. Stop buying new. Used cars that are certified are the way to go.

3. Stay with your current car as long as you can. There is nothing cool about being in debt.

4. If you do decide to buy new, look closely at your contract. They will throw in hidden fees for no reason.

5. Never buy an extended warranty, ever!

6. Car pooling will save everyone a ton of money on gas and car repair.

7. Change your oil every 3000 miles. Check your tire pressure every weekend.

8. Find a good mechanic and become his friend.

9. Buy replacements parts only after doing research to find the real price. Some shops will charge 300% the cost of the part.

10.Buy your a friends car for your child. Ask around, someone is always looking for a buyer and if you know them they will be less likely to screw you on the deal.

11.Becoming a better driver can save you big money. Ease up on those breaks and jack rabbit starts and you will have better gas mileage.

12. Empty your trunk and back seat. All it does is reduce the gas milage.

13. Call your car insurance company cut out all unneeded additions to your policy.

Shop in bulk, especially when item you purchase won't go bad. Bring a calculator and figure the cost per unit. Many stores list this on the price tag.

Collect coupons. There are many places to get them online without having to purchase a Sunday paper.

Share your unused coupons. You might be surprised what someone will save for you.

Consider eating over at your parent's house once a month, you save and your parents will love it.

Call your cable company and tell them to find a new customer. You can watch all your favorite shows online!

Learn how to do all repairs yourself. The internet is full of guides on how to do just about anything.

Trade your skills for a service. You mow someones lawn and they patch your leaky roof!

Be happy with the stuff you have, take time explore some boxes in storage. It can be just like Christmas.

Don’t spend a lot of money entertaining your children. Children can be happy with the simplest things. Think back to what made you happy as a child. Just spending time with their parents is all they really want.

All the money you save should get put into a savings account! Save it and forget about it.

DO NOT REWARD YOURSELF for saving that moeny by going out and spending. That defeats the whole purpose!
